TEAMING

The basis for allowing productive teaming is that machines become aware of their humans. This means machine must learn to understand and interpret their human partners. Thus reaearch for achieving productive teaming can be split into four clusters: action awareness, goal awareness, coginitive awareness and trust awareness.

Action awareness means, that machines become aware of their human partners and become able to understand and semantically interpret their actions. 

Coginitive awareness means, that machines become aware of cognitive processes and decision making processes of their human partners. 

Goal awareness means, that machines become aware of goals they should achieve together with their human partners and understand them. 

Trust awareness means, that machines become aware ot human‘s individual need for trust in them. This starts from safety but reaches to subjective trust and acceptance.
